The Queensland Law Reform Commission (QLRC) are reviewing the Trusts Act 1973 (Qld) and have published their interim report as to improvements it considers can be made to the legislation. With more than 500,000 formal trusts in Australia, many families are affected by any change to the Trusts Act 1973 (Qld). The Queensland Law Society is currently considering the report.
