65 million faces reanimated in a month by a genealogy company creating “deep nostalgia”. We can barely conceive of the impact of this technology. We can only speculate how this technology will impact estate claims especially in terms of informal wills, claims of undue influence and unconscionable conduct, elder abuse claims and the like.
